Richard at Appletree approached us some time ago regarding the procurement and service of electricity and gas supplies. We were some way off our contract renewal period so Appletree were happy to re visit in our timescales at our request. The tendering process was courteous and informative with a spread of big 6 and independent suppliers presented on a face to face basis for consideration. We chose a suitable renewable supply for electricity which gave us a significant cost benefit to our business rather than renewing with our existing supplier. The transfer process was well supported with read submission and regular communication ensuring our new suppliers took over smoothly. At no time did we feel under pressure, our safety processes in the nursery were respected by Richard and we would have no hesitation in recommending Appletree to other business’s in the future.
